This is a review of the spa only. I had a great service but it could have been improved. The technique was excellent, very talented massage therapist. Great aromatherapy while getting the massage, temperature and sounds good. The massage therapist stays in the room while you are getting undressed and dressed. This is weird. And everyone should have a robe. There is a great waiting room with snacks but I was kept on a bench outside of this adorable waiting room. Why? I don’t think they actually have much business, it was like they didn’t know what to do with a customer. Apparently there are other parts of the spa like a wet and dry sauna but I was not made aware of these. Overall great experience but the process itself could be much improved.

FUI CONSTRANGIDO
Piscina aquecida não funcionou. Chuveiros demoram mais de um minuto com água derramando para esquentar. Toalhas da piscina não são fornecidas no bar da piscina. No chek out foram adicionados itens que não foram consumidos do frigobar(águas com gás) . Questionada a atendente ficou falando no rádio procurando saber quem tinha realizado a checagem, isso enquanto eu esperava na recepção. Achei extremamente constrangedor. Somente neste hotel já fiquei mais de seis vezes contando o hotel e o spa floresta. Quem paga uma diária tão cara não se preocupa com o custo de uma água com gás, todavia ninguém pode pagar o que não consumiu. Deixei reclamação por escrito lá na avaliação do balcão. Fica aqui também meu registro de insatisfação!

Good hotel, comfortable bed and bedroom, dark enough to get a good sleep. Big bathroom with 2 showers. Great pool area. Complaints: we asked for our room to be clean on the first day and left our keys with the receptionist in the morning, when we returned at 16:30 the room was still not cleaned, it was cleaned only at 7pm. The next day they left no soaps and the day after they left no shower mats. We had to asked them to bring it. We ate 3 times at the restaurant and 2/3 times the food was cold. To sum up, for the price we paid we expected a better service.

My wife and I came to Brazil from the US for business. In between, we booked a few days here and it exceeded my expectations. Peaceful, clean, beautiful, romantic and the staff was amazing. A small piece of paradise filled with warm people. We had a chance to check out some of the rooms and they are all amazing. Worth every penny!!!!! Differently recommend this place and trust me, I am hard to please :)
